Sippin Stall
Look for the Sippin’ Stall team every Saturday at the Lake St Louis Farmers Market in 2021. Although alcohol will not be available, we will be introducing our Fresh Squeezed Lemonade to market visitors with various fruit infusions.
The Sippin Stall is a mobile bar and coffee barista service available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events and most private parties.
Guests will be enchanted by our refurbished rustic horse trailer “Ginny” or our handcrafted portable bar “Rusty” while providing exceptional mixology and artisan coffee services. Combining the meal from our sister wood fired catering company Embers Catering, will help make your next celebration one to remember. Have them talking long after the celebration is over.
Our service packages include all the condiments, mixers and glassware necessary for your service, custom cocktail creations and assistance in establishing your bar orders. Our premier mobile espresso bar service brings all the artistry and flavor of hand-crafted specialty coffee drinks for the Mocktails you enjoy or those guests who prefer the roast more than the vine. We do not supply the alcohol, only serve yours saving those premiums for your other party additions.
The Sippin’ Stall team can help you create a custom menu for your event, serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks which include nitro, cold brews, lattes, cappuccinos and that favorite spot of hot tea. We can provide your favorite flavors and create unique coffee-mocktails to add to your event’s personal flair.
All Sippin’ Stall bartenders are State of Missouri’s Alcohol Responsibility Training (SMART) certified and are fully insured with both general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. They are also required by Missouri Law to check I.D.’s and only serve alcohol to persons above the age of 21. No one is allowed to consume any type of alcohol unless it is served by our staff. We will bring enough product for everyone to enjoy but the alcohol packages are not unlimited. All packages and services are based on a 5 hour service minimum which includes 1 hour to setup and breakdown.
